Looking for a Solution
To begin, when Duffells set out to introduce an App into their ordering process, they were “looking for a mobile solution to allow their customers a convenient method to place their orders throughout the day.”

Their mobile phone is always with them. However they currently call us or wait until they get home to place an order over our website.
We wanted a solution that allowed them to tally up the parts they needs as they go to jobs and order quickly at their convenience.”
