Looking for a Solution

 

To begin, when Duffells set out to introduce an App into their ordering process, they were “looking for a mobile solution to allow their customers a convenient method to place their orders throughout the day.”

The problem Duffells wanted to address is certainly not uncommon in B2B, and SwiftCloud were obliged to help. “A large majority of our customers spend all day travelling from job to job. Their mobile phone is always with them. However they currently call us or wait until they get home to place an order over our website.
We wanted a solution that allowed them to tally up the parts they needs as they go to jobs and order quickly at their convenience.”

After discussing their needs with SwiftCloud in detail, Duffells found that a mobile app was undoubtedly the solution. Specifically offering their loyal customers  24 hours 7 days a week support.
