Configurable Low Stock Thresholds ...
SwiftCloud allows you to set up individual stock thresholds for products. This gives your customers the opportunity to see the stock levels of products broken down in to three categories; "Out of stock', 'Limited stock' and 'Normal stock'.  Customers Stock levels can be updated in real time.  If your business wishes to they can apply lead times to products which are out of stock, allowing your customers to place an order anyway with the out of stock products coming a different day to the rest of the order, dependent on the lead time. 

Drop Down Product Options...
If a product has different variations such as size or weight but remains the same product code and is in joint configuration, then drop down options are available to configure the exact product the customer wants. For example, if your company sells PPE and other products that come in different sizes, the products will have drop down functionality rather than listing the same product over again just in different sizes and variations.

SwiftCloud allows you to target specific customers with special offers and pricing that only they will see. For example, a customer who has become stagnant in their purchasing can be targeted in the hope of reengaging with that customer.
